Overview of works
Internal and external assessments have been conducted to ensure the safety of Mealmarket Exchange, and the property has been deemed fit for full occupation.
From October 2025 to July 2026, during a 10-month programme, we are undertaking refurbishment works to the exterior of the property to remove the existing cladding and rendering and replace them with new and improved ones. This will further improve the fire safety of the building and maintain it for the future.

Phased works
The external improvement works at Mealmarket Exchange will be completed in phases, per block, to ensure the least amount of disruption to your living experience.
