Nottingham - Trinity Square exteriors-3

Overview of works

Internal and external assessments have been conducted to ensure the fire safety of Trinity Square, even though the property is deemed fit for full occupation.

From mid-September 2023 to mid-February 2025, we are undertaking refurbishment works to the exterior of Trinity Square, to remove the existing cladding panels and rendering and replace them with new and improved ones. This will further improve the fire safety of the building and maintain it for the future.

If you have any questions about this work, please contact the property team directly, either via reception, email or telephone.
