Overview of works

Internal and external assessments have been conducted to ensure the fire safety of Trinity Square, even though the property is deemed fit for full occupation.

From mid-September 2023 to mid-February 2025, we are undertaking refurbishment works to the exterior of Trinity Square, to remove the existing cladding panels and rendering and replace them with new and improved ones. This will further improve the fire safety of the building and maintain it for the future.

Updates

This is where you will find regular updates on the works. We will be keeping this page updated throughout the programme of works.

November - December 2024

  • Works are progressing well, and milestones have been reached for the removal of scaffolding.
  • Scaffolding in the interior courtyard in Shakespeare and Milton blocks has been removed.
  • Any remaining scaffolding will begin to be dismantled throughout November and December.
  • Works will continue on Milton block and scaffolding is still on the exterior of the block.
  • There will be a pause in the works for the Christmas period and we are awaiting confirmed dates for when this will be.
